Linuxfx, Systemd, MIcrosoft, & Lennard Poettering

Post by Spearmint2 »

I'll try and find and link to my old post warning about systemd having possibility of misuse in future. Two links for you to peruse, rather than me posting a lot about them. Basically there's a new distro called linuxfx that Infinitely Galactic has concern looks too much "Microsoft". Lennard Poettering, who gave us that wrapper program systemd, is now working for/at Microsoft. You can start putting the pieces together and see what you come up with. My youtube name is Joe Zyzyx and you can read at Infinitely Galactic link my thoughts and others about this. One thing I'd really like to know is if linuxfx is receiving funding from Microsoft. It certainly is catering strongly to MSFT.

Poettering now at Microsoft.
