The movie is made in Europe. It's not from south, south-east or east Europe countries.
Let's take Czechoslovakia (which in the centre of Europe, also called a heart of Europe :D) as a virtual cross, so no south or east countries from this hint

The official movie release date was in February 2011 :P

The movie is also about a young student and he - getting to know that 1 evening-night picnic aka stand which he had when he was seventeen years old, caused a seven years old daughter.
This information has come as a chocking surprise ;) What will happen when his cute daughter is gonna be sent for some days (or weeks ?) to her new observed/discovered dad ? :)

[The info text above is maybe in bad english but I had to change almost every word, so you foxes  couldn't find the exact words by google ! ]

Now, I am sure you will get it which movie is spoken ;)

If any hints needed, just ask!

This is a total guess, primarily since I've not actually seen the movie I'm about to give the title (I think) of, but it's on a hunch.

Breaking the Waves?

Thanks for tip for another movie :) I haven't seen that so gonna get it ;)
But your movie, AFAIK, was made in 1996.
This spoken movie was released in February 2011 :)

But your traveling by Europe has had a good direction
So here are additional hints:

Most actors, I'm counting - 3 of them which have played in this movie, the same actors played in a former part to this movie, as they say and I can say too, it's true (I've seen both movies of course) because the older one movie is when the viking-haired actor was much younger in the former movie -> which was made in 2008
The pic below is just from this former movie where you can see both of them - the actors which have played in the latest part as well.

What all have those movies common?
Music author, the director (director is also an actor in other movies as well). Music in the former movie (2008) was fro 90's and it's been very fine :), also the time of the movie was from 1989 when the Berlin Wall has fallen down and those times...

The movie country is one of nothern countries (but none of the 'Breaking waves' was made by).
Other hints: the music author has 3 names, the middle is Erik. The Viking-haired actor was born on May 1983, the other friend (as seen in below pic) was born on September 1987, director was born in 1972 - the small pic below is him /director/ ;)
The director name and surname ends with letter n, the start (just first 5 letters) of director surname is in fact the second name of Jesus (but the surname is ~ as for Jesus - not in English Jesus name but native of that movie country, so it doesn't start with C letter... ;))

Congratulations Elisa, on coming up with probably the most difficult to guess movie since the start of our game. I think it is "I Travel Alone".

*Bang*bang*bang* !!!! Ladies & gents, finally we have the winner !
Today's winneeeeer iiiis - Mr. Tdockeryyyy ! :-)

Well done ! How did you get it? Thanks the hints or other way ? ;-)

Some 'proofs':
The movie northern country is: Norway ;-)
Music author: John Erik Kaada (the middle name is really Erik ;))
Director name: Stian Kristiansen (both names ends to letter n and first 5 letters of his surname is second name of Jesus (=> Christ) but not in english written surname - Krist).

All the screenshots (except the last 2 ones) are made originally from the movie ;-)
The latest spoken movie is: I travel alone ~ Jeg reiser alene (in norwegian) /2011/
The former movie name: The Man Who Loved Yngve ~ Mannen som elsket Yngve (in norwegian) /2008/

Some more movie details here:

and here

I suggest to see both movies, they're in fact funny & meaningful in the same time.

Now, it's your turn, 'tdockery97'.

Thanks Elisa. Yes the hints did help me in searching it out, but it still took me a couple of hours of serious Googling to track down what it could be. I'll put the next one up shortly.

Now I've remembered one cool question of that cute girl when she asked:

Why is Princess Diana called as Princess of people/folks?
And Jarle Klepp (just when they both were watching Princess Diana on TV, as it's in that one shot) replied: Because she was loved by the people/folks
And that cute (Lotte) girl asked again: And is there any princess which people don't love? :D
Jarle Klepp: Hmm, that's a good question....

Really cool&meaningful, both movies

OK here's one:
Image
A couple of hints: This movie was released in 2001. The actess in the picture is not the main star, but is a very important part of a twist ending. She was also in a very popular 1997 movie.

OK, another hint:

This story takes place over the course of a few days. In the novel that the film is based on, the story takes place over the course of around two years. Also, in the book, the main character is 38 years old with two kids, where as in the film he is in his mid to late fifties.

Not many guesses so far. It is a very low quality picture, though.

A bit more information:
  • Even if the picture is of low quality, you can probably see that it is an older film. Mid-sixties.
  • The movie takes place in Berlin; it is a spy movie.
  • The chap on the left is our hero; the man on the right following is him closely
  • It is based on a book. As far as I know it is the only book from a series of about twenty with this particular agent that has been turned into a movie, but it seems that there was a tv series in the midseventies. I never saw it but apparently it was not very succesful.
  • The author has written many more books under several different names.
  • The music score of the film was by John Barry (excellent by the way).
I'll try to get a better picture in a bit (have to do some work now, though)

Is it "Dr. NO" movie ? :)
=====================

Meanwhile no one answered so I'm repairing my answer due Dr. NO is from Jamaica :D

Is it "From Russia with Love" movie ?

Neither Dr No, nor from Russia with love. In fact the agent in this film, though British, is not James Bond.

But the time period is the same and John Barry also wrote music scores for Bond films.

A bit more info: The agent is played by an American, his contact by an Englishman (already knighted at the time of this film)

The American actor has also starred with Elizabeth Burton in a classic based on a play.

This is a wild guess because I've never actually watched the movie or read the book. It just got a lot of press in the sixties: The Spy Who Came In From The Cold
