I might be a WUSS......

yes - here it is - and for all of you people not in the US you will miss the double entendre....

"You might be a wuss" if you load a linux Distro and most if not all the stuff works!

Well, yes I want it to be that easy!

In my case after 3 different attempts with 3 different laptops it worked. Mint Celena 3.1 - Thinkpad r51 and IT WORKS!

enlightenment/kensho experience.

"you also might be a redneck if....."

best wishes,

Gray Wizard

those of you NOT in the US google Jeff Foxworthy....

I think I'm with you on that one. I was gonna go for arch just cos of teh speed thing, but, seriously, having to attempt to get it to recognise an internet connection? Way too much hassle for a sunday night install fest. I just pop mint in, install it in like, half an hour, do my graphics hack (my pc does odd thing with it's graphics card  ) after running envy nvidia, then pow. New mint install ready to make look sexy.

I've gone through a lot of distro installs, and Mint is definitely one of the better "Out of the box" experiences. :D
