Lack of Indesign alternative

Post by Chris_C » Sat Feb 12, 2011 1:14 am

I'm surprised with the amount of intelligence in the Linux community that someone has not made a decent Indesign alternative that will open INDD files.

Though it doesn't open INDD; I've used Scribus and I'm not impressed. It's like designing something in Open Office Draw.

You guys know of a FOSS that is a good alternative to Adobe Indesign?

There are a few alternatives around. Depends on how deep your pockets are.
