THE SILENT THREAT ON THE INTERNET

Hello everybody,
I am experiencing some strange behavior on my PC lately: I am often being logged out of the forums, and Google asks me to log in most of the time. Besides, the NTFS partition has disappeared; it's not in My Computer, and the sda1(NTFS) partition in the File system is empty.
My DSL Internet connection is acting up also. :( And I also get false Web Mail Notifications( WEB MAIL NOTIFIER )

I wonder if this is due to a malicious attack.
Please read the link bellow and see if it applies to you.

Well at least you are able to log in as npap again
I don't think it's something malicious in your computer, but I can definitely not rule it out.
Most, if not all, that are hit by what's described in your link use Windows
This reminds me to install an antivirus - I use to have Avast for on demand scanning

Well Husse,
Yes I got my old nickname back thanks to Clem's magic. :)
It's a comfort to know that Linux is safe. :D
