For the new visitors to the Mint Café.
A brief description and the history of it.
The Mint Café is a virtual meeting place where everybody visits for a virtual Mint cocktail to have a talk with his virtual friends.
We have a very comfortable MintLounge, a fully equipped bar (with a very good variety of beverages on the MintMenu), and finally the CasaBianca Room.
Pretty Bianca is our hostess, and she is always pleasant and eager to serve our guests.
Because of some malicious persons who accused Mint of addiction (Quote: "Don't get hooked on Mint".....), we decided to consult the AA people on the matter.
They were obliging and kind enough to establish a Mint Addiction Department in our premises.
Most members passed the test and were found to be incurably addicted, but new non-addicted guests are required to have a Certificate of Addiction by the AA, as well as proof of age, signed by their parents.
Note: Entrance to the club is limited to people under 70 years old.
For general security issues, we have acquired Hydra.
She is the guard dog of the Café, and she takes care of undesirable situations.
HYDRA is BTW the freak that resulted by Bio-psychological warfare experiments during the Cold War, in the former Soviet Union.
She is capable of acting in a subconscious
manner, to cause Hydrophobia ( an incurable affliction ) to an intruder.
The Mint Café has nothing to do with other FORUMS.
It is something that just happened when various members in the Mint Forum started posting subjects on the light side of life.
IT IS WRITTEN AND SUPPORTED BY MEMBERS AND IT, IN NO WAY, REFLECTS ON THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE MINT DEVELOPERS

Let us all save the earth and all living creatures on it which The Creator left us as our heritage.
We owe that much to the future generations
As Christmas and the holidays are approaching, a few thoughts have been going through my mind.
Two thousand years ago the Savior was born. He came here to save man from his sins : Hatred , bigotry, greed, immorality and all the evils that haunt his soul.
Did He succeed? There is more greed, more hatred and bigotry and more madness today.
Ten thousand years before, a fellow called Noah built an ark to save the human species and all other living creatures on earth.
He succeeded in some way. so today we are here to continue repeating mankind's grave mistakes.
I wonder. Who is going to come to the rescue of our insane world this time?
Man is standing by watching in anticipation of his doom. He feels useless. Is mankind committing suicide?
He sees the earth being abused by everybody and himself as well. Each one expects others to do something about it.
LET US ALL THINK! LET US DO SOMETHING! LET US PRAY!
BUILD A VIRTUAL ARK TO SAVE HUMAN DIGNITY!
EPILOQUE

Changes in climate around the globe is one of the major causes of diminished food production. The other serious cause, I believe, is the fact that governments are more concerned about filling fuel tanks than empty stomachs.
