I got this off of BuzzFeed. I've made it many times, and I'm quite fond of it.

Ingredients:
1 lb. (~ 0,5 kg) boneless chicken tenders or boneless chicken breasts
1 jar (6 - 7 oz; ~180 - 200 g) of pesto sauce (my preference is Barilla)
2 average-sized Roma tomatoes, or 1 can (14.5 oz, ~411 g) of diced tomatoes
1 pouch (8 oz; 227 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
  1. Thoroughly coat chicken tenders or breasts in pesto sauce and place into appropriately-sized casserole dish. There should be no remaining pesto sauce.
  2. I prefer (though this is not required) to let the chicken set up (kind of semi-marinade) in the pesto sauce for 20 minutes.
  3. Set your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  4. Cover top of chicken in sliced roma tomatoes, or in diced tomatoes (depending on which you decided to buy).
  5. Cover this over with mozzarella to taste
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.

Tonight at the Tiki bar is Alaska wild caught Halibut cut in to bite size pieces baked coated w/bread crumbs A fresh {from my neighbors garden} salad carrots, baby corn, okra {whatever that is} fresh baked bread rolls, a old fashioned apple cobbler & a peach cobbler, I have all the needed ingredients for ice cream & a hand crank ice cream maker

vegans would find something to enjoy
This was My first backyard gathering In the USA I Will host many more in the next 5 or so years my assignment may end as early as 2021 Then who knows where I will get sent next

It will be 10 years next week when I joined the Mint forum. Npap was here to give me a warm welcome. :)

I started out using Mint 2.0 Barbara and have used more than half of the Mint editions since then.

I've tried many different Linux distributions but I'm still using Mint as my main desktop, due to its many features and reliability. :D

Hello Ken and Scorp,
Glad to see you here again. Yes, ten years it is since we joined the Mint forums and it seems like yesterday.
Both of you Ken and Scorp have been very dear cyber-friends. I really enjoyed every moment that we exchanged
ideas and humorous chatting.
It is strange to feel as if I know you in person. I hope you are both doing well and I wish you the best of health and prosperity for you and your families.

Sorry, Richyrich,
Our bartender quit his job since the Cafe owed him a few years of salary.
I believe he got a new job somewhere in Tampa, Florida, USA.
Good pay he had told me and lots of pretty women....He was a play boy for many years I heard.
Lucky fellow!

Some smart Aleck must have hidden the key to the wine cellar so he can have all the booze for himself.
