Linux Mint American Community?

Post by Cythes »

I was just browsing the mint community page and I realized Mint does not have an American community. I was thinking about starting one, since I know there are quite a few Mint users from the US.

Anyone likes the idea, I'll start up a page on Facebook(Bleh) or something.

-- Just an idea, Thanks for your time :)

I am an American but really see no need for an American site. Linux is a world wide community and many here speak and write English.
I can see this for other languages though.
I have a couple Facebook links but I find the Mint forums much more usable for Linux info than any Facebook site. I post very little as usually just looking for specific info.
I do see a lot of blah, blah stuff here but Facebook's sites go ten times larger with blah, blah discussions which are not useful info. Just bored people.

Lindows, Linspire, Freespire, Ubuntu, Mint 15 Cinnamon, Mint 16 XFCE, Mint 17 Cinnamon 64 bit. MInt 18 64 bit Cinnamon.
