Time is what keeps everything from happening all at once.
The guy clearly isnt a Mac user, because many of the things on that list are equally true for OSX as it is for Linux. It's pretty inaccurate as a result. Like just to give an example, his very first bullet point is wrong, since Macs don't need defragging either.
