1920x1080 resolution on external monitor

Hello,

I have a lenovo laptop with a maximum resolution of 1366x768px which i connected it with a external monitor HP Pavilion 23fi with a resolution of 1920x1080. I tried the following command and got the resolution of 1920 width but height is not working.

xrandr --output VGA1 --off
xrandr --output VGA1 --auto --scale-from 1920x1080

Is there any way the height can be set to 1080?
