So you can see I have two monitors, one @2560x1440 and another secondary @1920x1080p. Using xrandr commands such as:

But whenever I set either monitor to a refresh rate that is >60Hz, the screen I changed will show pretty harsh screen flickering with weird pixel-y related artifacting (like the graphics are not rendering properly. My question is: given the current driver I am running (radeon), as well as having tried AMDGPU-PRO (with no success RE: black screens with cursor problem), is it possible to resolve this issue? All I want is to have both of my monitors run at a 144Hz refresh rate. Considering my hardware, this should not be problem at all since I can achieve just that with Windows 10.

I have done some pretty extensive research on this issue. As I said before, I have tried the AMDGPU-PRO driver install, using some of the popular guides on the site, but I have never had any success with this. With the radeon driver, like I said before, whenever I try to change either monitor's refresh rate above 60 I get very annoying glitchy graphics. It seems like a driver issue but I am no expert. I have read that there could be problems with my GPU's clock speed being set too low by the OS to support the high refresh rates, but playing around with 'power' files in /sys/.../card0/device/ did not fix the issue. Hopefully I provided enough information for you guys to fully understand what I am going through. Please let me know if you need additional info.
