connect a third screen on laptop running on linux

Post by Elenag26+ »

Hi,

I have a 64-bit Linux Mint running on my Asus laptop and want to connect a third screen to it.
I read on the forums that I would need a matrox DualHead2Go device for it and Windows on my laptop too to set up some configurations.
https://askubuntu.com/questions/55481/e ... g-in-linux

Did someone else have to go through this process and can guide me? Do I need to install windows on the laptop too or is there other way ?
I am quite newbie and dont understand all the terminology.
