I run LinuxMint XFCE 18.3 on my Dell Latitude E6440 (only Intel graphics - no GPU).
Additionally I connect a external monitor using HDMI. Everything is fine when I plug in the external monitor when Linux Mint is running.
However, when I boot the system having the external monitor connected, GRUB shows up on the Notebook display and then both displays remain black.
What can be the reason for the boot issue?!
