The connection of an additional monitor is not working properly. I connect through HDMI. When I connect it, I make it main, so it works. But when I make a laptop screen as an additional one, the picture moves and freeze. When I change the resolution on the monitor screen, the same. I do not know how to explain the problem more accurately, just in case I made a video. This problem is not one-time, since 5 rebooted, the same thing.
Another point, when OS loading before entering the password, the connected monitor is not active. Those, both screens are black. In the blind, I enter the password, and the connected monitor turns on after login to the system.

I thought that the distribution was incompatible with my hardware. Booted from the installation flash drive, in this case everything works correctly. The connected monitor is as main, with good resolution. A laptop as an additional.
I checked the driver update, there was only an update for the processor, apparently a patch for Specter and Meltdown. After the upgrade, nothing has changed. And since the updates came up, OS updates are installed.
