multiply drivers at the same time?

Post by charvey »

After a really nice install of my gtx 1050 ti card i noticed that the old driver is still selected in the driver manager. i wonder if that is or will cause an issue? should i select the "Do not use this device" box ? its for my onboard video . it may not bother anything but seems odd to have two drivers active at the same time. did not see this mentioned anywhere, thought it best to ask.

"Do not use this device" Will basically make it where you can't use that device :?

Umm..ya i kinda get thats how it works, but my question is "Should i not use that device". is it going to affect anything? is there a general rule for using or not using two devices at once? or rather having them active? its a simple question...
