Cannot switch from mirror to extended

HI, I bought a new PC, but I can't connect two monitors in extended mode. It's show only the mirror mode
the command "xrandr" returns:

and in preferences under display,
I get only red screen, calling "Laptop defaults", second monitor is not ditected at all.

Linux mint 18.3 cinnamon 64 bit
i5-8400 CPU
gigabyte z370m ds3h motherboard
monitors connected with DVI and HDMI
