Hello
I would like to ask you about upgrading Nvidia card I've read how to do that on the forum, but I am confused is there any point of that, my main issue is the GPU temp, it's a lil bit higher than on windows 10 ( about 7 degrees, 55 - 58 degrees on linux, max temp on windows 51 ) I ve hear that the upgrading is not recommended because it would make some problems in the future with system, and it's better to stay with default drivers nvidia384. I am waiting for your opinions.
thanks you for the answers
I leave here my inxi -Fxz:

I can tell you that my Ubuntu Mate 18.04, Kernel 4.15, NVIDIA 390 install on the same hardware currently has terrible screen tear on video playback , regardless of tweaking the settings.
Make of that what you will.
I wouldn't worry to much about that small change in temp readings.
