I have updated to the 384 drivers but these do not show in Driver Manager. I run 18.3/Mate.
This shows nvidia-390 and nvidia-396 drivers but I do not know where these came from. I am currently using nouveau for the GTX 1070.
Under Nvidia X-server settings I can see the 384 driver and I can modify its functions.
I'd be grateful to know how to install the 384 driver in place of the current nouveau. Thanks!
