So far I'm liking Linux mint but i have an issue with the primary monitor not sticking when using multiples,
I have a HDMI to a TV its my primary display then I use an old dvi as a secondary moniter (not ideal but im poor)
Changing the HDMI screen to primary in "NVIDIA X settings" or "Display" works fine until I restart the computer then the dvi is primary again with all my menu bar and icons
could this be because, before OS boot, my dvi is also the primary screen during post? (hardware limitation maybe?)
right now i have to paste this after login as a quick workaround or fiddle with settings again
xrandr --output HDMI-0 --auto --primary --output DVI-D-0 --auto --left-of HDMI-0
Specs:
CPU: i7 950
MOBO: ASUS P6X58D-E
RAM: 12GB OCZ Reaper
GFX: NVIDIA 1060 6GB
Moniters:
Toshiba 37 inch REGZA HDMI
Gigabyte 17 inch DVI
