Laptop GTX 1060 Undervolting

Post by nankura » Thu Sep 20, 2018 8:16 am

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if its possible to undervolt a laptop GTX 1060 GPU like on windows, like for example with windows i have Afterburner in which i just bring up a small window with a visual undervolt line i can edit, its simple, easy.

I was wondering if there's any similar tools on linux.

...most likely yes, but you'd have to do some reading first,
because if you set the wrong values (or over-do it), you'll experience crashes...
I use iuvolt myself on my Skylake-based laptop problem-free.
