Probably gets recognized without a hitch--you will need to view new
driver offerings in 'Menu/Drivers' though
Worst case required removing the cmos battery to reset bios to default, and then reset all
settings back to custom needs.

What are you currently running? Why does it need to be replaced? Unless you are into video editing or gaming, then, just about any old card will do.

If there is a special driver for your current board I would
switch back to the default xorg nouveau driver before the switch.
Then rerun driver manager for the new board
