Monitor LG24MP58VQ-P via HDMI flickering mouse

Post by Sail2health »

Hello,

I use the LG24MP58 via HDMI to my laptop as the main monitor but the display has many issues like the mouse flickering and being at several spots at the same time. This is my configuration:

System: Host: patrick-Lenovo-ideapad-110-15IBR Kernel: 4.15.0-46-generic x86_64 bits: 64

Is this a driver issue or the laptop simply not suitable or did I buy the wrong monitor? Any hint is warmly welcomed!

Many thanks,
Patrick
