Screen Display minimized after installing Linux Mint 20 alongside Windows 7

Post by ryohandoko »

So, I just installed Linux Mint 20 Xfce Edition yesterday, it was all good, no problem at installation process. I'm bored, so I upgraded it to Cinnamon version with Synaptic Package Manager. The upgrade worked, no problem sighted. But I just used my computer today, and found that the screen was minimized. It was originally 1024 x 768, and when I go through the border, every picture there was distorted, so I changed it to 1024 x 576. It also didn't solve the problem.
I thought the problem was the Windows 7, because Windows 7 also didn't want to start, it kept stuck at Startup Repair, so I delete the Windows' Partition, it didn't solve the problem just yet.

I figured out the problem, it's Bad EDID. So,I only now need the solution for me on Linux Mint (my system is using Intel Core Duo T6500 and no dGPU, btw)

So I am stuck at this small screen. Anyone help?
