mint 19.2 touchscreen ilitek not working on some widgets

Hi

I am using mint 19.2 xfce. The ilitek touchscreen is working except on some xfce widgets like shutting down widget/form. If I press the touchscreen the mouse is positioned correctly on the shutdown button but nothing happens (no click). On other widgets it works fine (like file manager).

One more thing. If I press a button on shutdown widget the touchscreen event becomes unavailliable for example for other widgets- although the mouse positioning is correct. The touch event/click becomes availliable again after few second!?

Searched on internet and I didn't find any solution. Could be a driver problem or some kernel problem or some setup?
