Hello,
Steam for whatever reason is not using my dedicated GPU and is using my intel integrated graphics. I believe this isn't necessarily a Steam issue because in the NVIDIA Settings, it says the graphics being used is Mesa Intel UHD Graphics 630.
I have the drivers for the GPU installed and when I run inxi -Gx I get:
"Graphics:
Device-1: Intel UHD Graphics 630 vendor: Razer USA driver: i915 v: kernel
bus ID: 00:02.0
Device-2: NVIDIA TU106M [GeForce RTX 2070 Mobile] vendor: Razer USA
driver: nvidia v: 460.73.01 bus ID: 01:00.0
Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.20.9 driver: modesetting unloaded: fbdev,vesa
resolution: 1920x1080~144Hz
OpenGL: renderer: Mesa Intel UHD Graphics 630 (CFL GT2) v: 4.6 Mesa 20.2.6
direct render: Yes"
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

You're not setting the PRIME profile.
