SUSPEND Stopped working,

I have the same problem. I cant suspend now, and restarting system takes two minutes now instead of two seconds.
here is syslog when I try to systemctl suspend:
inhibit failed: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message recipient disconnected from message bus without replying

Suspend is not working - system is not going to suspend. It disconnects wifi for a moment, then turns back. this is dmesg output:

Suspend issues are very dependent on hardware so we need more information to be able to help you. Please give us information about your install by entering this command in a terminal: inxi -Fxxxrz
Click </> from the mini toolbar above the textbox where you type your reply and then place your cursor between the code markers and paste the results of the command between the code markers [code]Results[/code]. This will let us know how Mint sees your hardware.

I solved suspend with
viewtopic.php?t=350741

nvidia-resume.service and nvidia-suspend.service in /lib/systemd/system/ wasn't present as also nvidia-sleep.sh (in usr/bin? i don't remember)

This long boot was caused by update (some intel thingies) or changing nvidia drivers to 465 - i don't remember if after first update it rebooted quickly or not. I first updated, rebooted, then changed drivers to nvidia 465 and rebooted again. I found that 465 was not applied, however changing settings ended correctly. It was still 460 visible. From that moment I had 2/3 fast boots, after some days 1/2 and now it's 1/10 fast boot (2-3 seconds). Slow boot takes about minute or two. I changed to 465 but this time successfully, but changed back to 460. It don't stucks on linux mint logo, but DELL from bios. Bios is correct, I have XPS 9700. I updated BIOS but still no effect.
