I've installed Linux Mint Cinnamon 20.2 a few days ago, this is an old computer (Optiplex 760 / Core 2 Duo E8400 / Intel 4 Series graphics)
The responsiveness is somewhat poor when watching Youtube, the video stops, lags when entering fullscreen,etc.
Except this issue, it is pretty much fine on my computer.
Tried the intel legacy drivers to disable Modesetting drivers, it is somewhat better, but there's diagonal tearing on the screen on videos.
Do you have any tips for better framerate on my dinosaur ?
SOLVED: I tested the several distros of LM and Xfce is much faster for my computer. Switched to Xfce
