Hello,
I'm noob. I have USB Graphic adapter, this one: https://i-tec.pro/en-us/produkt/usb2hdtrio-9/
I was able to install the drivers, not from the first time, but the terminal says "installed"
The problem is that the system doesn't recognize the second screen. Xorg session is active, it means that the docking station is connected, but I still can't see new monitor on System Settings -> Display
What could be wrong?
Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon 4.6.6
Laptop Asus K53TK AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics × 4
if I have to give more details about system, please write which commands in the terminal I should execute. I'm completely new in Linux, just reinstalled from Windows 7

from the mini toolbar above the textbox where you type your reply and then place your cursor between the code markers and paste the results of the command between the code markers [code]

That hardware requires DisplayLink drivers.sambrano wrote: ⤴Sat Jan 22, 2022 4:06 pm Hello,

This is hardware /hardware driver problem. Did you install the DisplayLink drivers on the HP laptop?
Do you have Secure Boot disabled on the laptop? If you do not have Secure Boot disabled on the laptop then you will need to sign the evdi modules so they can load when the computer is booted. It says that in the documentation which is available from the link you provided.
There is a README - Ubuntu 20.04 document in driver download package available from the link you provided which explains how to get the drivers installed. You will have to provide more information about where you might have been having problems with that document for us to be able to help you.
By the way, you had better clean a lot of things off this drive because you are very close to the level where you will not be permitted to log in. You might even be at that point already because that system is so full.
