Welcome to the forum, miro100.

What system report is indicating you only have v 3.3?

What is the output of glxinfo | grep OpenGL?

i'll back to work place at next Sunday (the problem is in work pc)

but isn't this telling about the issue:

The System information tab in the System Reports app does show that. You are correct.

I did a little research. I checked on the Radeon Features wiki and in the first table for the 'OpenGL Compliance (Driver/Hardware)' row for the 'Evergreen' column (CEDAR is part of the Evergreen family), the box indicates 4.2/4.5 with footnote 19.

Radeon Features footnotes #19 indicates "OpenGL 4.2 is currently only supported on CYPRESS, CAYMAN and ARUBA. All other chips are currently limited to OpenGL 3.3" Your system is CEDAR so it would be 3.3.

This is a limitation of the radeon graphics driver provided by the Linux kernel. Others have asked similar questions Unable to update OpenGL to 4.x from 3.3 and there is no way in Linux-based distros to get the higher OpenGL. Sorry. :(
