SOLVED Smaller Monitor - Set As Primary

SOLVED No Blanking today

Today's summary:-
1) Plus - No Blanking - perhaps the cable socket swapping cleaned the connections.
2) Plus - Cursor tip is not being cut off at the top of the screen
3) Minus - Both Screens are either Normal or Double (Hi-DPI) - cannot change individually.
4) Minus - Need to move the 27" monitor to right every time the 43" TV is switched on.

As I have had no annoying blanking and resizing of the windows rather happier.

I can live with points 3) & 4)

43" TV Off
When using monitor only TV switched off there is not an option to "Set as Primary" is "greyed out" Active is "dimmed green" << Operator error = More investigation this because the 27" is already "Set As Primary"
Every few hours the 27" monitor blanks twice then the windows are resized.

In "Display" as soon as I click on the 43" TV even though switched off there is an option to "Set as Primary" i.e. "full black / not greyed out" << Not happening 20221013

"Display" always puts 27" monitor to the left of and tops level with 43" TV even though off.

43" TV On
There is an option to "Set as Primary" and active is "normal green."
No changes on 27" Monitor Options i.e "Set as Primary" is "greyed out" Active is "dimmed green" << Operator Error

I move 27" monitor to the right of and centre vertically of the 43" TV every time.

Within "Display" there seems to be the assumption that only the larger screen can be "Set as Primary."

How do I set 27" Monitor as primary screen? I presume that this would stop the annoying blanking and resizing of the windows every few hours. << Operator Erro
