HDMI-1 connected primary 1920x1080+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 510mm x 290mm
...
and the resolutions but how I can start the 2nd new screen?
Here I can not see any new screen? How I must install it - I've a Cable Matters adapter USB 0bda:2172 but I can't find any driver.
Did anyone have a idea how I can fix this driver problem or is it a screen X11 issue I don't know?
I made also a new config file in the /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitors.conf

Code: Select all

Welcome to the forum, weakbit.

Could you please give more details to what the problem is? I'm sorry, but I am not understanding your issue.

Your laptop has a screen which it appears you have turned off. You have an LG (GoldStar) 24MB35 currently attached to an HDMI port.

Are you wanting to have a third screen and that is why you are asking about a USB-C to HDMI adapter? Whether or not that works often depends on the specific hardware on the ports of your laptop.

One does not normally create a custom xorg.conf file for a laptop so I do not know why you have one in your system. I'm also quite confused as to why the file references a DVI-D-0 port when your laptop does not have one.

What is the "new" screen? Is the laptop screen working and the external HDMI screen not working?

I suggest you delete that file. It is referencing HDMI-0 and DVI-D-0 and neither exist according to the data you posted.
