I also had a Logitech K400 wireless keyboard with built in touchpad and it worked fine with all the distros that I tried.

I don't know what I've got. Something used from the Goodwill second store. (Three bucks each.) The keyboard says Compaq on it, and I can't find any brand on the mouse. Oh, wait, it says Onn on it.

I too have the Logitech 400 usb keyboard/touchpad. Working, but does anybody know how to make the touchpad controls show up in the hardware control center? I want to disable mouse clicks with touchpad.
Thanks.

All the below is with LM 18 Cinnamon 64-bit.

Working perfectly:

Logitech K800 wireless keyboard (USB receiver in USB 3.0 port) and Logitech T630 wireless bluetooth mouse
Logitech k740 wired keyboard (in any USB port) and Logitech T630 wireless bluetooth mouse
Logitech k740 wired keyboard (in amy USB port) and Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse (with receiver on a USB 6' extender cable plugged into a USB 2.0 port and the receiver as far from a USB 3.0 port as possible).
The Logitech T630 bluetooth mouse pairs, connects, and works perfectly with LM18 right out of the box and upon every reboot/power cycle.

Barely works:

Logitech K800 wireless keyboard (USB receiver in USB 3.0 port) and Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse (with receiver in USB 2.0 port)
Logitech K800 wireless keyboard Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse with receiver in USB 2.0 port and the keyboard paired to the same receiver as the mouse via solaar.

Essentially non-functional:

Logitech K800 wireless keyboard Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse with receiver in USB 3.0 port and the keyboard paired to the same receiver as the mouse via solaar.

Completely non-functional:

Trying to use the Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse via bluetooth. It will pair and connect to the laptop bluetooth but no mouse functioning at all. Only works with a USB receiver even when using one of the other of 3 device connection settings.

Saitek Eclipse II keyboard (like the backlighting) and an old Compaq castrated rodent $3 from goodwill 6 years ago.
Both worked fine on everything I have used them on.

Razer Anansi for my keyboard and the Razer DeathAdder for my mouse. Both work great, but I have been unable to utilize their software that changes the backlight colors and some cloud based settings etc.
