Date forecast for Cinnamon R18.1 32-bit to move out of Beta?

Postby LezLezLez » Sun Apr 02, 2017 1:08 pm

Hi, I had a problem with XP hardware 32-bit in 2016 and decided to trial Mint Cinnamon 18.1 beta. The clean install appeared to proceed cleanly to near-completion but locked up on an information screen. This required a hardware physical switch-off and I was disappointed to decide migration to Windows 7 instead. I do not like W7 and would like to retry Sarah 32-bit. When can I expect a non-beta release? I cannot find any Forum or web info on this. Thanks in advance for relevant advice. LezLezLez. April 2017.

The formal release of Linux Mint 18.1 Serena Cinnamon 32-bit was 3 months ago and is available for download.
