The problem is that Opera doesn't support H.264/MP4 code natively.
so I want to know how to fix HTML 5 video playback problems solution??

Hello ross03 and Welcome to Linux Mint,
First which version of Mint are you using?
And secondly the latest stable version of Opera is now up to version 45 which does support Html5 nicely.
It's not in the mint repositories so you have to go to opera's web page to down load it. You want the .deb file.
You can then install it using Gdebi.
