Hi
should be easy, Settings==>iBusPreferences=>input method tab=>add..& select the language & input method
if the iBus Preferences cant be found, just open terminal &
however if your question is that; the language/input method you want isn't there, you can install new language support via Settings=>input method, or Settings==>Languages
