Impossible to leave an app review on LM

Impossible to leave an app review on LM

I have not been able to leave a single review of any app listed in the Software Manager. I imagine the creators would like to to know what users think and users would like to know their peers' opinion. So why make it impossible to review an app? The Software Manager has a click "here" to review that takes you to the Linux Mint Community and that's it. No place there to do any reviews. This Forum also lacks any such features. How's that possible? And the few reviews that are shown on the Software Manager, how did they get there? :x
