Hi Folks,
Has anyone purchased anything from one of our sponsors "Think Penguin"? https://www.thinkpenguin.com/
A friend needs a new laptop and I'm considering buying one from Chris over there rather than me going to big box store or ordering a dell or something else. Especially since then I don't have to spend half a day ripping the thing apart and installing Mint.
Plus he's a small business AND obviously he supports linux (including a donation LM here).
All this assuming I can get him to go along with an "off brand" /*me shakes head*\
Me? I'm just looking for confirmation on them
Thanks

Re: Linux Mint Sponsor: Think Penguin Question
Time for me to update this...albeit several months out of date at this point...
I've now spoken with and purchased from Think Penguin (thinkpenguin.com). They are a small company based in New Hampshire USA.
Service, prices, and conversation was great. They are now permanently added to the top of my vendor list (for me personally and for other companies I consult with).

I just purchased a desktop unit from them. Nice hardware, came fast, no worries. I'd definitely buy from them again.
