Quadra (though... unlikely to happen if Apple would have anything to say about it. But it's cool though, because it's just two syllables)
Quintara (the name of a street in San Francisco; follow it West-ward and you'll hit the Pacific Ocean!)

Or Quita which means tranquil in Latin.

Or Queta which is Spanish for a female Henry, means ruler.

It would so much better if there were a poll with some good options to pick from.

lol :) Maybe we can consider "Q" variation of names starting with "K" and "C"; like "Qeera" for "Kira". That way the drought for names maybe resolved! :)

Qadyra Arabic name meaning Powerful.


or Possibly to mix languages, Qiturah. which is a mix of the Hebrew Qeturah for Incense, and the Arabic Qitarah for Fragrant. as they are from the same root it should be recognizable by both.

Along the same theme, what about Quenya ... it rhymes with Maya.

Not really a personal name, but it's the name of an ancient fictional language invented by J.R.R. Tolkien.
Since there aren't a whole lot of European female names that begin with Q, might as well go imaginative.
