Honestly, I think it is awesome that someone has stuck with the same install for such a long time. :)
Thanks, totally worth the loyalty, Hail Isadora! :D

It's probably secure enough... but I'd advise caution!

Glad you're enjoying it though. How is it truly better than the newer ones like Petra though?

Faster booting, faster poweroff, faster overall, Compiz running out-of-the-box and less buggy, less other upstream bugs, no theme inconsistencies between GTK+2 and GTK+3 (because no GTK+3 here).

But then why not use MATE or XFCE? :)

You know, I keep reading this thread as "I still use Wizadora"

It was a British kid's show in the '90s!

I don't think she used Linux though :(

If you think that's crazy....

As you can see my avatar is a box of washing powder. The German manufacturer (Schweizer Rösch AG) has some kind of weird habbit to name it's product to an operating system but than as a sort of parody:

Linux waschmittel => Linux laundry detergent (obvious of course ;) )
Mäc oxi Fleckenentferner => Mäc oxi Stain remover (Mac OS)
micro&soft Weichspüler => micro&soft fabric softener (Microsoft)

(aren't we going a bit off-topic right now???)
