OK, yet another mention of Linux Mint online. It is interesting how Mint, Ubuntu, and Debian got lumped into the same category. I just thought I would share in case someone wanted something new to read.

Even nicer is that it often holds the 3rd spot for some period of time.

PCLOS2009 notwithstanding, I'm surprised PCLOS doesn't get more consideration. I like it better than raw Ubuntu.

IIRC most distros go up the rankings when a new version is issued, Distrowatch has also commented that the rankings did not reflect the actual OS the visitor was using............

I suppose it is cool to see the distro of your choice at number 1 though, no matter how irrelevant it is.
