put mouse cursor on battery charge indicator and rotate mouse roller

And thanks to this I just discovered I can scroll on the volume icon to adjust volume without clicking on it.

What desktop are you guys running? Volume works, but brightness doesn't on 17 xfce, and 18.3 xfce. Thinkpads t520 and 430.
