Linux Mint 18.3 works perfect on my Thinkpad T430

Hi,
After having had enough of the windows 10 travesty, I took the decision to wipe the disk clean, install Linux Mint 18.3.
Everything works perfectly. Linux Mint has that perfect combination of "ready-to-use"ness yet gives me the freedom to install/compile whatever it is that I want (e.g. Vim 8 compilation was a breeze on Linux Mint).
I feel it's a perfectly balanced Desktop.

Big thanks to the developers of Linux Mint. It's a gem of an OS.
