No. This was not the root cause. - This, however, was the root cause:
The people of Alderaan have been bravely fighting back the clone warriors sent out by the unscrupulous Sith Lord Palpatine for 771 days now.

Hi there,
In the effort to write a software review, I have found that today, community.linuxmint.com server fails to respond with the URL https://community.linuxmint.com/software/view/pitivi and I assume any software package will have the same problem.
In IRC #linuxmint-help, some users reported this URL would work in their country but other users got the same error page from the Sucuri Firewall stating that it can't connect because of a server timeout.
It is intermittent, and for example after submitting my review, the server stopped responding to that URL for another 10-15 minutes and then was reachable once again.
The site's index, https://community.linuxmint.com/, always works, so don't rely on that to determine if this problem is fixed. It looks like there is an isolated problem with the software database or some feature related to the ".../software/view/(packagename)" URL.
