crazy torrent obtains 2016-9-23-Raspian-Jesse.img

can someone tell me why - does this happen a lot?

which version of LinuxMint Cinnamon 64 - are you selecting ?

it was 19.1 - I got an updated link that finally pointed to the right file - I'm good now
