Hi all. I've recently installed linux mint cinnamon 19.1 on new laptop HP-15-ra0xx. At first usb was working on both ports but after I've gone through laptop's first steps section, usb stopped working.
Please HELP. I'm new don't know what to do

Please generate an overview of your system like this:
- Launch a terminal window (this is how to launch a terminal window);
- make the terminal window full screen, to avoid chopped lines;
- Copy/paste this command into the terminal:
(if you type: the letter F is a capital letter)

I wish I could post the results. I'm unable to do it since my laptop has no internet that's is why I'm trying to get started with wired one which is not working

From laptop to phone you van transfer the data via Bluetooth?
