Turn Num Lock On?
I have a favorite game. It's on my Youtube Channel.

I can't quite grasp what result you expect to see with holding down Ctrl, Alt & then pressing a key on the number pad.
As far as I am aware, unless you have specifically specified a key sequence, the number pad items either give a result with the Number Pad selected (a number) or without the number pad selected (Home, PgUp End, PgDn etc.). There is no 'natural' outcome by holding down Ctrl & Alt as well..

Thanks for the reply. I think i was not clear. When one presses the ctl alt function key a new big screens opens up. one can open up F1 - F7, or 7 screens. These screens are each a separate login. In my case i use vim on these screens. I can jump back to the desktop by pressing ctl atl F8. i normally have the num lock on. As it works out, i just found out, that if i press the num lock key in any alt function key the num lock will work. Thanks for your input & i appreciate your time. Old tony

Ah OK Tony... Understand now - obviously too early for me.. :D

Yes, I was going to suggest re-pressing the number lock key, it seems to get automatically turned off in the new window for some reason..
