These threads always crack me up. You'll have to wait for the summer.

My PPA (see my signature) is available for Ubuntu 20.04 though, if you want to feel somewhat minty on there. ;)

Mint 20 will be based on Ubuntu 20.04 which will come in April so it will be some weeks after that.
Cheers!

hey if you can't wait, do timeshift (trust me you'll need it) then install focal repos
sudo touch /etc/apt/sources.list <<< if you don't have it already
open in root mode and paste:

Code: Select all

#deb cdrom:[Linux Mint 19.1 _Tessa_ - Release amd64 20181217]/ focal contrib main non-free

deb http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal-updates main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal-backports main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-security main restricted universe multiverse

#deb-src http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal main restricted universe multiverse
#deb-src http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-security main restricted universe multiverse
#deb-src http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal-backports main restricted universe multiverse
#deb-src http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal-updates main restricted universe multiverse
then apt update
next go to your whatever update manager and update the updates with the new focal updated :D
oooweeee i get ubuntu 20.04

I'm wondering why. Is there anything specific desire that Mint 19.3 leaves unfulfilled, and that you believe Mint 20 will fulfill?

I was thinking that too. If you really have to have everthing that new why even use a long term support Linux distro? WHy not something like Arch?
