Show Notifications on the Bottom Side

Show Notifications on the Bottom Side
Hey, you know that setting in Notifications where you can turn on and off showing notifications at the bottom side of the screen? Well, just decided to turn it off so they go to the top right and, on or off, changes nothing.

Nope. I have fixed it for now, but I think there might be a bug in the system. As if you go back to notification at the bottom right and then change your mind, they stay on the bottom right unless you reboot.
