Hi all,
Looking to have Emacs keybindings systemwide on my Mate 20.1 desktop. In my 17.1 and 18.3 versions of Mate I managed to do this. But for the 20.1 version, it is proving difficult. Firstly, I forgot how I managed in the previous versions, and secondly, the search results keep coming up with solutions that don't work.
Can someone help?

For some strange reason, the first two tries it did not work, but on the third try, it decided to work!
