I've no idea where to post this.
I just wanted to say why I appreciate Linux Mint Cinnamon.
It feels robust in use.
It's legible (at least in dark mode) - really important this.
With the Cinnamenu, it suits my workflow perfectly.
Sometimes I wish it were more exciting (like KDE) but my overriding need is to get on with my work each day. Linux Mint Cinnamon lets me do this.
Given that more and more software is being used as an online service, the ability to search and launch web browser bookmarks from the main Cinnamenu is increasingly important. (I have found it to be more reliable for this than krunner.)
Finally Nemo reliably finds all my files. (For some reason this is not the case with Dolphin.)
So, a big thank you to the Linux Mint team.
I will be making a financial contribution!
Praise for Linux Mint Cinnamon

Welcome to the forums, quadrantids! Your name makes me wonder if maybe you are an astronomer, or an amateur sky watcher, or perhaps a ham radio operator who utilizes meteor scatter propagation?

I knew this name looked familiar, it is the name of a meteor shower!
